Rays of Glory's Light: Forum for Stories & Thanks
For Veteran's Day (11/11/15), Firefly Productions will be releasing a video called "Rays of Glory's Light: Stories of Grace in Times of War" as a thank you to our vets, both past & present. It will be released in multiple parts starting on Saturday, November 7, 2014.
We have only a few days a year that are set aside to honor our veterans & active military personnel, including Memorial Day. We are creating this forum so people can share their personal stories 365-days a year; whether you are active in the military, a veteran, or you have a vet in the history of your ancestry where his or her stories have been passed down through generations, we would be honored for you to share your/their story here. This is also a place to share stories of wives, girlfriends, husbands, boyfriends, siblings or parents who waited back home for their loved one to return, often making their own sacrifices. We are not only looking at present day; this is for all wars starting with the Revolutionary War. If we see something interesting, we may contact you to be a part of the project!
If you don't have a story to share, that's ok. This is also a place to give thanks to those who have served.
Please note this is a place of respect; please help us keep it that way. Thank you!
