Wedding Videography Pricing
No matter what type of package you choose, you will always receive:
- Two experienced videographers (a male/female team - Maurice & Carrie, owners), and two Sony HDR-CX900 cameras
- High definition 1080p video, with no extra equipment - lights, stands, etc. - so our filming will not interfere with your day
- Unobtrusive audio capture through the use of several devices, including:
- A wireless Bluetooth mic for your ceremony, which is small & can fit inside a jacket pocket of the groom or officiant
- Two Zoom H4n Audio Recorders, used during your ceremony & reception
- Two small shotgun microphones that attach to our cameras, used during the prep, ceremony, and reception
- A highlight trailer (length ranges from 3 to 10 minutes; length is determined based on package chosen)
- A full feature wedding film, which will show your ceremony & key reception events in their entirety, along with venue, decor and guest shots, plus other highlights from your day (minimum length determined based on package chosen)
- A minimum of three (3) DVDs and/or Blu-rays (or any combination of), which will include the highlight trailer, full feature video, plus extras like a photo slideshow or video guestbook (for 6 or more hours of coverage); includes custom designed labels & hard case covers that fit within the theme of your day
- Online availability of the highlight film and full feature film via a private web page, which you can share with family & friends via social media or email
- No charges or extra fees for travel if your wedding is in Kentucky, Indiana, Ohio, Illinois, or West Virginia

Find a perfect package, but want to add an extra hour? Not a problem! You can add an hour for $125/hour, which includes coverage by two videographers/cameras.

Pre-wedding day interviews are a great way to capture the stories & feelings you want to remember forever. Filmed before the wedding, it's a great way to share stories about how the couple first met, initial impressions, funny or moving stories, etc. You can also provide up to 20 digital photos and/or video clips, which we will utilize in this special video. It can be shown at your ceremony or reception, or can simply be on your final DVD, Blu-ray and/or USB flash drive.

Wedding Videography Payment Terms
In order to secure the date, a non-refundable deposit of $200 is due along with a signed agreement. 50% of the total fee is due the day of the wedding (minus any additional money you have paid prior to that day, excluding the deposit). If you choose to pay more at the time of the deposit or on the day of the wedding, you can do so. The remainder of the fee is invoiced & due upon receipt once you have approved the final full feature film and you have received your DVDs/Blu-rays/USBs.
